*Last Drop Coffee Shop in Monroe, which hosted the local trio Sundad last weekend, will have JOHN (âJohnny Vâ) VOKET as its featured performer this Saturday night. John will be at the coffeehouse starting at 8, and will bring his songs, his guitar, his sense of humor and the always popular iPod Band. Last Drop Coffee Shop is at 435 Main Street, in the shopping center at the intersection of routes 25 and 59 (next to Blockbuster).
Next month John will be returning to Mocha Coffee House in Sandy Hook. That show is scheduled for Saturday, March 4, also starting at 8.
*HAT CITY BLUES BAND had been scheduled to perform this weekend in Saturday, but have decided to postpone that . So the band will be at The Lodge, 1455 Southford Road (immediately off Route 188) on Saturday, March 4, instead.
The guys will be returning to Redding Roadhouse next weekend. Showtime for the Saturday, February 25 show is 9:30.
Beyond that there are scheduled shows on March 11 at The Spot in Bethel, March 18 at 59 Bank in New Milford, April 15 at The Spot, and April 22 at 59 Bank.
