Keene State College students were recently named to Whoâs Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges; among the honorees was Bethany Morin. The students were selected on the basis of grade point average, campus and/or community leadership and service, and achievement or recognition in their area of study. They must also be a junior or senior. Students are nominated by the faculty, staff, and student body of Keene State College.
Dana Metzger, a senior at Washington and Lee University, Lexington, Va., earned Deanâs List status for the recently ended fall term. Deanâs List status at Washington and Lee represents a term grade-average of at least 3.4 on a 4.0 scale.

Newtown High School student Sage Musk earned four Golden Key awards during this yearâs International Young Artists and Writers Competition. Sage earned the awards in the categories of short story, science fiction, humor, and short fiction. The selected works, chosen from more than 10,000 entries, have qualified him for the national final round of the competition.
Genevieve Marie Santayana of Sandy Hook has been named to the fall Deanâs List at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Selection for the award is based on completing and passing all assigned courses with no grade below a C and attaining an academic average of at least 3.4 for courses taken in the fall semester.
