Brandon Logel

Logel is a junior on the Newtown High School hockey team which finishes the regular season this weekend before beginning play in the Division III State Tournament. Newtown carried an 11-6-1 record into its final two games.

Favorite part about playing: “I just like the thrill of the game.”

Toughest aspect: “Coming back — trailing by a couple of goals and having to fight back.”

Team he roots for: Pittsburgh Penguins.

Favorite subject: American literature.

Food of choice: Steak.
