Michael E. Taweh

In Loving Memory

Michael E. Taweh, 71, Waterbury, died February 13. He was born in Zahle, Lebanon, the son of Elias Taweh and Isabel Lian.

He is survived by his wife, Nadia; and five children and their families, including Dr Z. Michael Taweh of Newtown; six sisters; and a brother. Michael was a loving husband, father, and grandfather to 13.

He immensely enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a pillar of the Lebanese community and touched the lives of all those who have known him. He will be greatly missed by everybody who came to know him and learn from his wisdom, decency, and unparalleled dedication to his family and friends.

Funeral services were held February 16, with a Christian burial at Calvary cemetery in Waterbury, February 17.
