Arrest Warrant

After learning midday on March 2 that Albino Darocha, 33, of Naugatuck was in state police custody, Newtown police served an arrest warrant against Darocha, lodging criminal charges of second degree failure to appear in court and sixth degree larceny.

Newtown police originally arrested Darocha on a warrant last November 29, lodging a charge of sixth degree larceny.

After processing the case, police released Darocha on $1,000 bail for a March 16 appearance in Danbury Superior Court.
