Michael Mariano

Michael Mariano, a resident of Newtown from 1985 until 1998, died March 2 at St Raphael’s Hospital in New Haven. He was 49 and is the son of Angelo and Margaret Mariano of Danbury.

He is also survived by his loving daughter, Meghan Mariano of Pennsylvania; his brother, Frank Mariano and his wife Anne of Bridgewater; his sister, Donna and her husband William Montesi of Danbury; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a nephew and three nieces.

Funeral Services will be held at the Newtown Congregational Church on Saturday, March 6, at 10 am. Burial will be in Wooster Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Brookfield Funeral Home, 786 Federal Road, Brookfield, on Friday, March 5, from 3 to 5 pm, and from 7 to 9 pm. The Brookfield Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
