'Pygmalion' Will Be Subject Of Thursday's Book Discussion
âPygmalionâ Will Be Subject Of Thursdayâs Book Discussion
By Dottie Evans
After a monthâs hiatus in February while one half of the Booth Libraryâs dynamic book discussion duo traveled south, the series resumes on Thursday, March 11, at 7:30 pm in the Special Collections Room (Third Floor).
Presenters Liz Arneth and Gordon Williams will be discussing the play Pygmalion by George Bernard Shaw, and they welcome anyone who cares to join the group.
Multiple copies of Pygmalion are available at the Booth Library Circulation Desk.
This will be the third in the four-part book discussion series titled âA Light-Hearted Look At Life,â which sets out to disprove the premise that âGreat Literature is Boring.â The fourth and last discussion will take place in April, and the subject will be As You Like It by William Shakespeare.
