Police report motorist Meri B. Meyers, 46, of 16 Mt Pleasant Road, who was driving a 1997 Nissan Pathfinder sport-utility vehicle southbound on South Main Street about 5:03 pm March 6, was making a right turn to head westbound on Sugar Street, when she began to slide on ice and snow and struck a 1988 Ford Bronco sport-utility vehicle headed eastbound on Sugar Street, which was driven by Michael J. Attruia, 40, of Milford.

There were no injuries, police said. Police said they verbally warned Meyers for not keeping in the right-hand travel lane.
