Warrant
On March 5, police arrested a Bridgeport man on six charges on a warrant that stems from a June 2005 incident.
Police said they arrested Vinicius Correa, 20, on charges of second-degree failure to appear in court, driving at an unsafe distance, driving without a license, driving with an improper muffler, possession of less than four ounces of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police said they stopped Correa on South Main Street on June 23, 2005, for motor vehicle violations, after which they pressed the original charges.
After posting $2,500 bail, police released Correa for a March 20 appearance in Danbury Superior Court.
