Pategas And The Two Boomers

Dianna Pategas of Sandy Hook, right, associate vice president of development and alumni affairs at Quinnipiac University, met Chris “Boomer” Berman of ESPN during the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce’s Hot Stove Breakfast on February 27 at the new TD Banknorth Sports Center at Quinnipiac. Berman and former major league pitcher Tommy John, now the manager of the Bridgeport Bluefish, provided their insight and commentary about the upcoming major league baseball season. Joining Berman and Pategas was Boomer the Bobcat, the mascot of Quinnipiac’s Division I athletics.
