Land-Use Regulations Now On Web

NORWELL, MASS. — Ordinance.com announced recently that zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, inland wetlands and watercourses by-laws, and zoning maps for every municipality in Connecticut are now available online at www.ordinance.com.

Access is available to the extensive library of land use regulations with a range of subscription plans that include 24-hour access, or monthly and annual subscriptions. The service is a research tool for all those who have any involvement with land use issues. Municipalities are contacted at least every six weeks to obtain amendments and incorporate the information into the ordinance.

The ordinance.com online service is designed to save the user both time and money keeping their zoning and land use libraries up to date. Once the data is accessed, the information can be searched for key words and printed or exported to a word processing program.

Ordinance.com (formerly Munilaw, Inc.) has been publishing land use ordinances since 1995 and presently maintains zoning libraries for over 2,200 towns in several states.

For further information, visit the Web site at www.ordinance.com or contact David Lane at 800-435-4035.
