Bridget J. Ganci

Bridget Jean (Messana) Ganci, 83, of Wantagh, N.Y., died March 9 at home.

 She was the mother of Lorraine Morlath of Sandy Hook, James Ganci of Dix Hills, N.Y., and the late Michael Ganci.

Born December 31, 1916, she was married to the late Paul Ganci. She is survived by eight grandchildren, Denise Engel of East Northport, N.Y., Paul Ganci of Miller Place, N.Y., Michele Hyde and Michael Ganci of Port Washington, N.Y., Alison Aiello of New York, N.Y., Jeanmarie, James and Robert Morlath of Sandy Hook; three great-grandchildren, Logan and Taylor Engel of East Northport, N.Y., and Charlotte Hyde of Port Washington, N.Y.; three sisters, Theresa Zambuto of Westbury, N.Y., Marie Messana and Jennie Danseglio of Old Bethpage, N.Y.; and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass was celebrated on March 13 at Maria Regina Roman Catholic Church, Seaford, N.Y. Interment followed at Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury, N.Y.
