Community members are invited to attend a Volunteer Fair on Saturday, April 25, from 1 to 4 pm, in the Periodicals Room of C.H. Booth Library, 25 Main Street.

The special event is designed to connect local nonprofit organizations with residents interested in giving back.

The event will provide an opportunity for organizations to showcase their missions and current volunteer needs, while allowing attendees to explore a variety of ways to get involved in the community.

The fair is co-sponsored by the library, Newtown Senior Center, and Friends of Newtown Seniors. Organizers hope the event will help strengthen community connections and encourage volunteerism among residents.
