Police Seek Owners

Of Found Items

Police are seeking the owners of various found items that they are holding at the police station for safekeeping.

Among the items in the inventory are: an unspecified sum of money found last December 31 at the Blue Colony Diner parking lot on Church Hill Road; a child’s purse decorated with the cartoon character “Tigger” found December 15 at the Big Y supermarket parking lot on Queen Street; a silver-colored cane found November 22 near the Super Stop & Shop supermarket at Sand Hill Plaza on South Main Street, and an Alpha Trek  mountain bicycle found November 16 near 16 Walnut Tree Hill Road.

The owners of the items should contact Sergeant Darlene Froehlich at the police station at 3 Main Street, telephone 426-5841, to claim their lost items.
