Another Memorable Event

To the Editor:

I would like to congratulate Bob Tendler and his staff for the excellent job they have done in organizing the Newtown Youth Services yearly fundraiser at the Fireside Inn on March 13. Their enthusiasm amplified by the help of Tony (NYS executive director), Anita, and the dedicated staff and board members of NYS have made this another memorable event.

Newtown’s residents and the many volunteers who have been involved in making this evening a success should be proud of this organization which for years has been involved in promoting a better future for our youth.
