Grand List Adjustment

Newtown Assessor Denise Hames announced this week a minor adjustment in the net Grand List for October 1, 2003.

The new grand list is up .3 of a percent, from 1.7 to 2 percent.

There is no change in the total grand list of $2,844,710,761, she said, which is expected to produce an additional $1.1 million in revenue over last year.
