Democrats Elect Officers

Earl J. Smith of 5 Serenity Lane was reelected chairman of the Newtown Democratic Town Committee at the group’s March 9 meeting.

Daniel Rosenthal, of 2 Hyvue Drive, was elected vice chairman, while Heidi Winslow of 36 Taunton Lake Drive was elected secretary.

Alan J. Clavette, whose business is located at 65 Church Hill Road, was reelected treasurer.
