Andrew J. Bilotto

Andrew J. Bilotto, 37, husband of Laura (Dionisio) Bilotto, of 13 Johnny Appleseed Drive, Sandy Hook, died March 28 at his home.

Mr Bilotto was born in New Rochelle, N.Y., July 7, 1962, a son of Angelo and Mary (LaVella) Bilotto of New Rochelle, N.Y. He was a graduate of New Rochelle High School, Class of 1980.

 Mr Bilotto was employed as a network engineer for USCO Logistics of Naugatuck. A resident of Sandy Hook the past eight years, Mr Bilotto was a member of the Old Newtown Tavern Team in the Newtown Softball League.

In addition to his wife and parents, survivors include one brother, Anthony Bilotto of New Rochelle, N.Y.; one sister, Susan Seibelts of New Fairfield; and five nieces and one nephew. He is also survived by his wife’s parents, Vito and Mary Dionisio of Sandy Hook.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 1 at 9:30 am from the Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown, and at 10 am in St Rose of Lima Church for a Mass of Christian Burial. The place of burial will be Resurrection Cemetery in Newtown. Calling hours were scheduled for Thursday, March 30, and Friday, March 31, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.
