Bernadette Cadena

Bernadette Marie Cadena of Sandy Hook and Daniel Joseph Keayes of Monroe, who have been engaged since November 14, 2010, plan to marry on July 21.

Bernadette is the daughter of Robert Cadena and Kathleen Schweihofer of China, Mich. She is a 2006 graduate of Cardinal Mooney Catholic High School in Marine City, Mich. She also attended St Clair County Community College (SC4) in Port Huron, Mich., and Schoolcraft College in Livonia, Mich.

She is employed as a nanny for a family in Sandy Hook.

Daniel, son of John and Geraldine Keayes of Newtown, is a 1991 graduate of Fairfield High School. He is employed by the Town of Westport.
