A Treat Indeed

To the Editor:

Applause! Applause! Applause! Thank you for making a usual Thursday evening into one we will not soon forget. We were fortunate to be in the audience on opening night of your spectacular production. In her director’s notes, Sabrina Post said, “Enjoy, you are in for a treat!!” A treat indeed.

We watched, in amazement, so very awestruck by the enormity of the production and the extraordinary talents. Certainly these multitalented students could more than hold their own against a professional troupe. We sat in disbelief that these were really high school voices! The set design and implementation was beyond compare. The music, the costumes, the makeup…we could go on and on.

It was especially poignant to watch so many students on the high school stage whom we have watched grow up, working their way from talent shows and middle school productions to this glorious achievement.

Congratulations! Thank you! Best wishes for many more wonderful productions. Ms Post, most certainly a treat indeed!
