Newtown Chamber Partnering On Networking Events

The Newtown and Bethel Chambers of Commerce will hold a Business After Hours networking function Tuesday, April 13, at Empire Szechuan Restaurant at 89 Stony Hill Road in Bethel, from 5:30 to 7 pm.

This event, sponsored by Preferred Insurance Services, Toll Brothers and Empire Szechuan, encourages members to expand their network and develop relationships with members from other local chambers.

Advanced reservations are recommended. The charge for attendance will be $10 for members and $15 for nonmembers and will include a variety of finger food selections and cash bar.

In other chamber news, The Power Network, a networking group of the Newtown and Monroe Chambers of Commerce, will be meeting on Thursday, April 15, from 8 - 9:15 am, at My Place Restaurant, 8 Queen Street in Newtown. 

The Power Network is designed to help Chamber members grow their business through the power of personal relationships and the warm referral of Chamber members. This group meets on the first Thursday of each month at the Spadaccino and Leo P. Gallagher & Son Community Funeral Home in Monroe and on the third Thursday at My Place Restaurant.
