Six of the nine people who were charged were age 16 at the time of the nighttime incident, which involved beer possession.
Police said the boy who was rearrested on the warrant on April 11 for not having responded to the $136 illegal alcohol possession ticket was released on $136 bail for an April 25 appearance at Danbury Youthful Offender Court.
