At Sierra Club Meeting
A Crude Awakening: The Oil Crash will be screened on Monday, April 19, during the next meeting of The Housatonic Valley Group of The Sierra Club.
The club will be meeting at C.H. Booth Library, 25 Main Street, beginning at 7 pm. The film will be followed by a discussion showing that more drilling for less oil will lead to an economic crisis unless more attention is given to other energy sources. The future of this countryâs dependence on oil as its primary source of energy is the subject of the well researched film and subsequent discussion.
Light refreshments will be served, and all are welcome. For additional information contact Marcia Wilkins at 203-775-9644.
