Home Staging Expert Joins Linnell Real Estate

Pat Linnell, broker owner of Linnell Real Estate, announced Tuesday, April 13, that Linda Keenan has joined the company as a broker associate. Ms Keenan formerly operated My Hometown Real Estate in Danbury.

Ms Keenan entered the real estate profession ten years ago bringing with her experience in teaching, management, paralegal, mediation, and public relations. She quickly attained Top Producer and Agent of the Month status.

“As a real estate broker and certified residential appraiser, Linda is uniquely qualified to assist both buyers and sellers in this challenging market,” said Ms Linnell.

Ms Keenan is also skilled in staging and decorating a home to envision the home interiors’ highest potentials. She works to repurpose, reuse, recycle and/or renovate furnishings and accessories already available, thereby saving time, money, resources, and the environment. Her decorating talents have been featured in the News-Times Home Style Magazine and the Hersham Acorn Newspapers Fall Preview section “Decorating for the Seasons.”
