Nick D. Zinicola, 29, died April 11, as a result of a tragic motor vehicle accident. He was born July 1, 1980, in Stamford.

A recent resident of Newtown, he was originally from Stamford, graduated from Wilton High School, and received his bachelor’s degree from Providence College in 2002. He was employed by Legg Mason Inc.

He was the beloved husband of Jenna Marks Zinicola, and is survived by his parents, John and Sue; sister Nisia and her husband, Jeff Todd; and nieces and nephews. 

Mr Zinicola was a tremendous athlete and competitor. His enthusiasm for soccer and golf never stood in the way of his true passion in life, his wife Jenna. He cherished, loved and adored every second he spent with her. He was a kindhearted friend to all and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A celebration of his life was held April 15.
