Extreme Fitness Martial Arts Holds Black Belt Test
In a grueling display of physical strength, endurance and mental prowess, four students at Extreme Fitness Martial Arts recently progressed to their next Black Belt ranking.
The four-hour test combined assessments for boxing combinations, bag drills, self-defense, sparring, jiu-jitsu and several board-breaking techniques.
The schoolâs current Bo-Black and Black Belt students participated, while other students and their families cheered on the testers from the sidelines. Joanne Patry and Jenn Seng received their first degree black belts, Tim Williams earned his second degree black belt, and Master Victor Torres achieved his fourth degree black belt.
School owner Master Russ Moore said, âI couldnât be prouder. This test pushed everyone to their limits and each of them is well-deserving of the rank they have achieved.â
