Victorian Tea

MONROE — The Episcopal Church Women of St Peter’s Episcopal Church invite the public to celebrate spring at a Victorian Tea on Sunday, April 29. The event will be in the church’s Parish Hall from 12:30 until 3:30 pm.

There will be continuous seatings.

The event will feature many varieties of tea donated by R.C. Bigelow, Inc, and sandwiches including cucumber and cashew chicken also scones, breads, and more than a dozen delicious desserts from which to choose.

Tickets are $15 for adults, and $10 for ages 12 and under

This year there will be a special 2 pm seating for mothers and daughters who wish to enjoy tea together. Tickets for the special seating are $25, which covers mom and up to two daughters age 12 and under. Dolls are welcome, too.

Tickets may be reserved by calling the parish office, 203-268-4265, and will also be available at the door. Reservations for the Mother-Daughter seating are recommended.

Proceeds from the tea will benefit various charities.

St Peter’s Episcopal Church is at 175 Old Tannery Road (Route 111), opposite Monroe Green. Call the church office, at the above number, for additional information.
