Linda Maria Keller, 54, wife of Lawrence M. Keller, of Newtown, died April 19, after a short illness. She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., January 17, 1957, a daughter of Jenny (Costello) and Salvatore DiDio.

She grew up on Long Island and in Brewster, N.Y., and was a graduate of Brewster High School. A resident of Newtown since 2007, Mrs Keller was a communicant of St Rose of Lima Church where she was a Catechist and office volunteer for the religious education program.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Brian Bartolo of Patterson, N.Y., and Justin Bartolo of New Fairfield; a stepson, Michael Keller of Newtown; a brother, Sero DiDio, and his wife Sharon, of Brewster; three nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and nephews; and her former husband and close friend, Bruce Bartolo of  Brewster.                        

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St Rose of Lima Church, 46 Church Hill Road, Newtown, Monday, April 25, at 11 am. Interment will be private. Calling hours are scheduled in the Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown, Thursday, April 21, from 4 to 8 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions to the St Rose of Lima Memorial Fund, 46 Church Hill Road, Newtown CT 06470.
