The Newtown Middle School Night of Jazz event listed in last week’s edition in the “Schools Music Department Announces Spring Performance Dates” article is scheduled May 12 at 7 pm and will be held at Newtown High School, not Newtown Middle School, as originally planned.

In an April 16 report and photo caption on a regional tick and Lyme disease eradication effort, Dr Thomas Draper was incorrectly identified. Dr Draper is the medical advisor to the Newtown Health District. Dr Robert Grossman is the chairman of the Health District’s appointed board.
