Fashion Show At River Glen

SOUTHBURY — Home Instead Senior Care in Trumbull and Sandy Hook, and the River Glen Health Care Center in Southbury will host a “Women’s Night Out Spring Fashion Show” free event on Wednesday, April 28, from 5 to 7 pm.

The free event will take place at River Glen Health Care Center, 162 South Britain Road (Route 172), off I-84 Exit 14 near the intersection of Main Street South and Route 172. This is the second year Home Instead Senior Care is teaming with River Glen to offer women a fun evening to mingle with other women, watch a fashion show and talk with women-oriented community and business representatives that have also been invited to participate.

All the fashions will be modeled by Dress Barn and accessorized by Gayle O’Neill Fine Jewelry in Southbury. Throughout the evening, light hors d’oeuvres will be served, along with coffee, tea, wine and soft drinks. A special chocolate fountain will be provided by The Watermark at East Hill in Southbury.

Door prizes will be provided by Home Instead Senior Care, Arbonne International, River Glen Health Care Center, Interim Health Care, The Watermark at East Hill, Ridgefield VNA, Diagnostic Imaging, Angels Watching Over You, The Heart Center of Greater Waterbury, Southbury Senior Center, Patient’s Choice, Patient Care, Sylvia’s Colour & Design, and many additional vendors at the night’s event.
