Annual Perinatal Nursing Symposium

EAST HARTFORD — The March of Dimes Connecticut Chapter and the AWHONN-Connecticut Section (Association of Woman’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses) are pleased to host the 19th annual Perinatal Nursing Symposium on Tuesday, May 15, at the Hartford Marriott Farmington in Farmington from 8 am to 4:30 pm.

The symposium, titled “Clinical Perspectives in Perinatal Nursing 2001,” will address a variety of contemporary issues in perinatal health care. Strategies to enhance provider interaction and to maximize outcomes will be explored. Over 225 nurses from around the state are expected to attend.

Along with various workshops, the conference will feature two speakers.
