Wine Tasting To Benefit Catholic Family Services

BRIDGEPORT — A wine tasting called “A Taste of Spring” will be held at the Beardsley Zoo Carousel Pavilion on Friday, May 18, at 6 pm, to benefit Catholic Family Services.

Attendees will have the opportunity to sample wines provided by Stop & Save Liquors of Newtown and Trumbull Liquor Center as well as food provided by Vazzy’s Restaurant. Tickets are $35 and are available by calling Catholic Family Services at 203-372-4301.

The event chairman is Michael Harkins of People’s Securities, Inc., vice president of the CFS advisory Board. Catholic Family Services, established in 1916, is an agency of Catholic Charities of Fairfield County. It is a state-licensed, nationally accredited not-for-profit agency that serves people of all faiths.
