Hiking and History On Selden Island
Join Connecticut Audubon naturalists and historians on Saturday, May 24 from 9 am to noon as they take a cruise up the Connecticut River to Selden Island for a day of hiking and history.
Selden Island is the largest island on the Connecticut River and both the river and the island itself are rich in history.
The cruise to and from the island provide the opportunity to take in the beautiful sights of the surrounding birds, osprey and bald eagles.
