DANBURY â Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., was honored for its outstanding performance at the 2008 Cartus Broker Network International Conference, held April 10â12 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas. The event was attended by more than 600 representatives, and included interactive workshops, roundtable and panel discussions, and executive presentations.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage took home six Network awards, The Cartus Platinum Recognition Award, which recognizes key performance in a number of areas, including relocation management of departure and destination business, and service excellence; The Five Star Circle of Excellence Award, which recognizes brokers who have met or exceeded their individual objectives for outgoing broker-to-broker referral closings during the calendar year; The Cartus In Network Utilization Award, which recognizes the network broker with the highest percentage of in-network usage.
Also, the Cartus Achieversâ Club Award, which recognizes the Cartus broker that meets or exceeds outgoing closing targets and 80 percent in-network closings; The Cartus Government and Military Services Award for demonstrating the highest levels of performance in servicing both transferring employees and internal property specialists; and the PHH Mortgage Most Valuable Partnership Award. This award recognizes those brokers who have the most successful mortgage relationships, based on size category, with PHH Mortgage.
