Emmett & Glander 7, Sallyport Holdings 1 â Timmy Wilder and Danny Auerilia pitched well to lead Emmett & Glander to the win. Cody Gotthardt also has a strong performance at the plate. For Sallyport, Ryan Dunnigan and Matt Pruner hit the ball hard as Omari Miles and David Lucia played well in the field.
Emmett & Glander 8, Enterprise Electric 7 â Cole Baldino and Chris Haylon hit for doubles and Luke Shearin made a key bunt to give Emmett & Glander the edge. Erik Samuelson and Austin Bonadio led Enterprise with two hits apiece as Anthony Maki had a strong day on the mound and Greg Williamson played a strong defensive game.
Sallyport Holdings 9, Emmett & Glander 8 â David Lucia and Omari Miles, who contributed a deep base hit that drove in the go ahead run, powered Sallyport to the win. Colin Morris pitched the top of the sixth to nail down the win. Oliver Powers tripled and Sean Ross and Chris Haylon contributed doubles to keep Emmett & Glander close.
Newtown Savings Bank 11, Enterprise Electric 7 â Ryan Tita belted a pair of home runs while Colin Cooper and Johnny Kerins pitched well to lead Newtown Savings. Kyle Watts and Joel Fox sparkled in the field. Greg Frattaroli and Sean Burson led Enterprise at the plat, combining for five hits, three RBIs and three runs scored. Ryan Kleinert and Kevin Morrissey helped with a number of stellar defensive plays.
Newtown Savings Bank 12, Stony Brook 3 â Colin Cooper and Johnny Kerins banged out two hits apiece and Jack Kneisel and Alex Hayes each scored three runs to lead Newtown Savings. Will Arndt belted a three-run home run to spark the âCanes.
Union Savings Bank 9, Stony Brook 8 â Connor Mason, Ryan OâKeefe, Ryan Powers and Kenny Toal hit the ball hard to lead Union Savings to the win. Brandon Ziman pitched well and started a sixth inning rally that fell short in the bottom of the 6th for the Hurricanes. Connor Blanc has an amazing diving catch in the outfield to stop an offensive rally.
Sallyport Holdings 13, Union Savings Bank 5 â Colin Morris and Dom Fedak collected two hits and two RBI apiece to lead Sallyport to the win. Dakota Christiano also had a hit while Cullin Merrifield and Matt Wielebinski played well in the field. Michael Greenwood and Jason Marks had great defensive efforts for Union Savings as Kyler Harmeling and Ian McWilliams stirred the offense.

Lee J. Demers Builder 1, Westport Worldwide 0 â Kyle Wilcox, Kaleb Rowe and Dean Demers combined to hurl a three-hit shutout and teammate Chad Magoulas smashed a solo home run over the left field fence in the bottom of the fifth inning to give the Explosives a victory Monday at Glander 2 Field. The got four shutout innings from Reid Schmidt, Kevin LeBlanc and Chris Erikson as Schmidt struck out three batters in two innings and Erikson fanned two in one frame. Richie Sandler doubled.
Ryder Financial 12, BASE Technologies 10 â JP Blanco came off the disabled list and belted a double and a towering home run, driving in three runs, to lead Ryder Financial to the win. Andy Kelley blasted a home run, his second of the season, and finished a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate. Nick Heron pitched two strong innings. For BASE, Mike Newman, Joe Davis and David Gerics had one hit apiece and those hits combined to drive in six of the teamâs 10 runs. Davis also pitched two strong innings.
Lee J. Demers, Builder 7, MasterCard 2 â Dean Demers and Stefan Hennessey stroked two-run singles to lead Lee J. Demers to the win. Kyle Wilcox doubled. Kaleb Rowe sparkled behind the dish. For MasterCard, Chris Robinson doubled, Tyler Gibney banged out an RBI single and Dan Poeltl drove in a run. Colton Sposta also doubled for MasterCard.
PC Metals 12, Lee J. Demers, Builder 6 â Michael Allwein doubled and Jon Hull, Gary Braun and Jeff Grasso all singled to power the PC Metals offense in a win over Lee J. Demers. All four players finished the game with two hits each while Chris Otero sparkled in the field. For Demers, Mac Morlock collected three singles while Dean Demers (triple), Chad Magoulas and Stefan Hennessey banged out two hits apiece.
PC Metals 12, Ryder Financial 10 â PC Metals coughed up 10 runs in the first two innings, but rallied back for the win. Nick Sajovic, Gary Braun and Jon Hull combined to shut out Ryder Financial on two hits over the final four innings as Patrick Thornberg (4-for-4 with a double), Braun (three doubles), Mike Allwein (two hits and two runs scored) and Riley Wurtz (who walked three times and scored twice) powered the offense.
BASE Technologies 7, Westport Worldwide 2 â Spencer Erhardtâs two-run double was the key blow in BASE Technologiesâ win. Mike Koch also had a double and two RBIs as Kyle Hagerman singled in another run. David Gerics, Austin Ekstrom and Pat Sullivan combined to pitch five scoreless innings. Richie Sandler smacked two doubles and Harry Snellback and Alex Roche each had a hit for Westport Worldwide. Rob Hughes also got a hit and made a slick play on a hard hit groundball while Mike LoBosco pitched a scoreless inning.

Associated Refuse 5, Dental Associates 1 â Nehar Patel had a double and two RBIs while Matt Mitchel and Bobby Lydon each had a hit a piece to lead Associated Refuse. For Dental Associates, Charlie Huegi went 2-for-2 and Connor Miller pitched excellent in relief, striking out four batters in two innings of work. Brandon OâSullivan had a solid defensive game by recording two putouts at first base.
Fairfield County Irrigation Systems 9, Dental Associates 8 â Logan Walsh doubled while Stephen Grasso contributed two hits to lead FCIS. Nick Eisele and Tim Drotar each had well-hit singles. Bobby Archiere played a strong first base with two fine unassisted plays to lead FCIS to the victory.
Coldwell Banker 2, Associated Refuse 2 â Christian Klein roped a single and Brandon Powell and Colton Smith contributed two hits a piece for Associated Refuse. Powell, Smith, Nick Cirone and Will Swain each pitched a shut out inning in the tie.
Cirone & Equale 6, Mobil 1 Lube Express 3 â Michael Davenport, Angel Santos and Greg Ladestro powered the C&E offense while Mike Cirone anchored the D in the win. Julian Dunn was the bright spot offensively for Mobil 1 while Shane Quimby, Michael Cook and Travis Audet all played well in an effort that fell a bit short.
Mobil 1 Lube Express 8, Mount Pleasant Hospital For Animals 6 â Sawyer Conrad, Davon Plilla and Adam Israel hit the ball hard to lead Mobil 1 to the win. Jacob Burden, Julian Dunn and Jack Lago pitched well. Darryl Silverlieb and Robby Lasher pitched a solid game for Mount. Pleasant while Forest Speed and Jeremy Fellin each tripled and scored two runs.
Mount Pleasant Hospital For Animals 7, AERCO International 1 â Jim Parket, Darryl Silverlieb and Robby Lasher pitched an outstanding game and led Mount Pleasant to the win. David Kent scored a key run and Daniel Colucci had two solid at bats and made a great defensive play at third base. For AERCO International, Harrison Depuy and Will Dalton led five pitchers in a strong effort on the hill.
Fairfield County Irrigation Systems 9, Dental Associates 8 â Jason Ferrari banged out two hits and Kevin Liniger doubled to lead FCIS to the win. Nick Eisele added a hit and Andy Braun had two hits, two runs scored, and pitched well. For Dental Associates, Connor Miller, Matt Argraves and Charlie Huegi all went 2-for-3 while Chris Daly contributed a solid single.
Fairfield County Irrigation Systems 6, BW Retail Real Estate 3 â Nick Roche had three hits and two RBI while Jordan Salvesen went 2-for-2 to lead BW. Jon Rospenda pitched two superb innings with five strikeouts and Hayden Savoia was outstanding in the field.

DINA 6, Turner Construction 2 â Andrew Cragin doubled and scored two runs and Nathan Fitzgerald went 2-for-3 with two RBI to lead DINA. Chance McMahon was strong behind the plate and Griffen Davis homered, driving in three runs.
DINA 5, Global Solutions 0 â Matthew elias, Spencer Tolson and Jack Procaccini combined on the mound for the shutout for DINA. Matthew Elias went 3-for-3 while Jake Procaccini doubled and Griffen Davis tripled to lead DINA. For Global, David Matthews and Curtis Williamson pitched well as Peter Fiorella collected three singles and Tyler Dullinger banged out two singles.
Turner Construction 4, Hawks 2 â James Frazzetta had three hits and two RBI and Ryan Conway had two hits with one run scored to lead Turner to the win. Jake Courchene-Roy once again contributed a dominate pitching performance by giving up no runs and striking out three. For the Hawks, Nick Chaloux and Robbie Schreiber played well.
Turner Construction 4, Newtown Bee 0 â Matt Perun stroked three hits and pitched two scoreless innings, striking out four Bee batters, to lead Turner to the win. Kim Brello and Julia Monaco chipped in with a combined five hits and two runs scored.
Carminuccioâs 13, Stormtroopers 9 â Ryan Kiss doubled twice and singled twice while Matt Maturo doubled twice and homered to lead the Stormtroopers. Michael Roche, Rob McCabe and Zach Weiland banged out three hits apiece.
