Four MV Charges

Police report that while on patrol about 5:36 pm on May 27, they spotted a disabled vehicle with its hazard lights flashing parked on the road near 80 Church Hill Road, so they stopped to investigate.

That investigation resulted in police charging motorist Michael Pileggi, 28, of 138 Underhill Road with misuse of marker plates, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with a suspended license, and driving without automotive insurance.

After processing, police released Pileggi on a written promise to appear in court on June 11.
