Beloved Husband

And Father

Michael “Bugsy” Vincent Toth, 78, of Newtown, beloved husband of Roberta (Kubicko) Toth, died June 15, at the Connecticut VA Hospital in West Haven.

In addition a to his devoted wife of 51 years, his memory will be cherished by his five children, Daniel Toth and family of Sandy Hook, Michael V. Toth III and his family of Standish, Maine, Stephen Toth and family, also of Standish, Robert Toth and family of Bethel, and David Toth and family of New Milford; his 16 grandchildren; and several nephews and nieces. His two sisters and a nephew predeceased him.

Mr Toth was retired from Dauling Hauling construction in Bridgeport, and a member of the Teamsters Union Local 191. He served his country honorably in the US Air Force from 1952 to 1959.

The family would like to thank the staff of the 4 East and hospice floors of the Connecticut VA hospital in West Haven for the care they provided.

Friends may call Friday morning, June 18, from 9 to 11, in the Redgate-Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull, followed by graveside services at noon, in St Rose’s Cemetery, Cherry Street, Newtown, with full military honors.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice in Mr Toth’s memory.
