‘Being Good’ Author Event Rescheduled

DANBURY — Dr Edyth Denkin will be at Barnes & Nobles Booksellers on Thursday, July 6, at 8 pm, for a book signing and discussion. Dr Denkin was originally scheduled to be at the book store on June 30.

Child and family counselor Dr Denkin will discuss her new book, Why Can’t You Catch Me Being Good? The 26 principles contained in the book can help parents focus on what their children are doing right, and find positive ways to address the difficult situations every family encounters.

By making children feel loved, trusted and respected, parents can reduce the sentiment and misbehavior that usually follows the negative reinforcement of always being told they are doing wrong, says Dr Denkin.
