Campers Learn Basic Horsemanship

Fox Ridge Farm’s Summer Camp at 37-39 Aunt Park Lane is off and running.
The equestrian camp offers weeklong programs throughout the summer for children ages 5 and up through the Newtown Parks & Recreation Department.
The program teaches basic horsemanship, English hunt seat equitation, grooming, tacking, carriage, driving, hippology, and horse-related games and crafts. Programs can be adjusted to skill levels of participants.
