Newtown residents Jane and Don Sharpe will be hosting Newtown Chamber members and their guests on Thursday, July 22, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm, at their log home at 62 Underhill Road on Lake Zoar in Sandy Hook.

This open house is a joint gathering for Newtown Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Commission members to share conversation, cocktails, and light fare at the waterfront show house of Design Limited Homes LLC.  According to a Chamber release, the Sharpes, use their home as a model for their custom log and timber home business.

Docking is also available for those coming by boat.

As a regional rep for Ward Cedar Log Homes, Jane Sharpe provides a one-stop service including everything from custom drafted designs to general and subcontractors, mortgage lending referrals, and construction site visits.
