Kozak Service

Friends and family are invited to attend graveside services for John and Mary Kozak on Tuesday, July 22, at 10 am, at St Rose Cemetery in Sandy Hook.

Mr Kozak, a former Newtown resident, died in December 2007 at the age of 75 after several years of poor health. He was survived by his two children, John Kozak III of Denham Springs, La., and Joan Hudson of Lakewood, Colo.; a brother, George Kozak of Newtown; three sisters, Alice Boylan of Waterbury, Margaret Keeler of South Carolina, and Kathleen Harris of Minnesota; six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Mrs Kozak was 73 at the time of her passing in May 2005, after a short illness. She too was a resident of Newtown during her lifetime, and lived the last part of her life in Danbury. In addition to her husband and children Mrs Kozak was survived by two sisters, Gloria Velotti of Pennsylvania and Marge Bouton of Gaylordsville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Harborside Healthcare, 1 Glen Hill Road, Danbury CT 06811. Arrangements are being handled by Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street in Newtown.
