A recent profile of Newtown naturopathic physician Shaun Carney incorrectly referenced Lyme disease research as coming from the University of New Hampshire. The research was performed at the University of New Haven. The article may have also led readers to believe a particular treatment included a regimen of probiotics that included vitamin D. The vitamin D was supplemented directly and was not associated with the probiotics regimen.
