Mary Ann     Zenobia

Mary Ann (Troccola) Zenobia, 96, of Danbury, died at Bethel Health Care, Tuesday, July 20. She was the wife of the late Stephen J. Zenobia, Sr. She was born October 12, 1913, in Danbury, daughter of Asunta (DeLuca) and Alphonso Troccola.

A brother, Alphonso “Al” Troccola of Newtown; her two sons and daughter; two grandsons; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews survive her. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a son, and several brothers and sisters.

 Mrs Zenobia was employed by the former American Cyanamid, retiring after 20 years of service. She was a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Catholic War Veterans.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St Gregory the Great Church 85 Great Plain Road, Saturday, July 24, at 10 am. Cremation will take place at the direction of the family. Friends will be received in the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main Street, Danbury, Friday, July 23, from 6 to 8 pm.
