Moving Violations

Police report that at about 6:51 pm on July 25, they stopped motorist Christopher Sobotka, 43, of 28 Buttonball Drive for a minor motor vehicle violation near 11 Queen Street.

After investigating, police charged Sobotka with failure to wear a seatbelt and driving with a suspended license.

Police released Sobotka on a written promise to appear on August 10 in Danbury Superior Court.
