Loved Family And Friends

Helen Marsala, 75, of Seymour, previously of Trumbull, beloved wife of 57 years to Clarence Marsala, died July 24, at Yale-New Haven Hospital, after a brief illness. She was born in Bridgeport, December 17, 1934, a daughter of Anna and Michael Bernardo.

Beside her loving husband, Mrs Marsala is survived by five children, including Kevin Marsala, and wife Ela, of Newtown. Also surviving are three grandchildren.

She was employed by the Weston Board of Education as a cafeteria supervisor, retiring 15 years ago. Mrs Marsala will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed vacations in Lake George, playing slot machines at the casinos, and dining out with family and friends.

The Compassionate Cremation and Funeral Service of Shelton has been entrusted with the arrangements.
