New for adoption

CHARLOTTE is a friendly, easy going, outgoing and fun 10-month-old cat for adoption. The vet believes she is a mix of Maine Coon, Norwegian Forest and Tabby based on her markings and personality. Animal Center officials brought Charlotte and her sister, Penny, into the Center’s program when they learned that their owner moved out of her apartment and left them behind. Both Charlotte and Penny were within days of giving birth. They both had two white kittens and two orange tabby kittens. The kittens are weaned and ready for adoption, and so is mom. Charlotte will be spayed at the end of July. She’s healthy and current on vaccines.

FRED, BARNEY & WILMA are Newtown rescues. They are playful, 9-week-old kittens who were born outside in Sandy Hook. They were rescued when they were 6 weeks old and have transitioned very well to life in foster care. They may be adopted together or individually. Fred, Barney and Wilma are spayed/neutered, healthy, and current on vaccines.

To adopt, contact info@theanimalcenter.org or 203-270-0228 (email best on weekends).

The Animal Center is an all volunteer, non-profit animal welfare charity. Programs include: A foster-based, no-kill rescue and adoption program for homeless and injured cats and kittens; and a Feral Cat Assistance Program that provides spay/neuter and vaccination assistance to caregivers of free-roaming, unowned cats in the community.
