P&Z Continues Two Hearings

Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) members have continued two public

hearings on two residential subdivision proposals.

On May 21, P&Z members continued a public hearing on developer Angelo Memoli's

request for 8 building lots on 20 acres east of South Main Street, just north

of the Monroe town line. The development proposal is known as Abbey Ridge

Estates.

Also, P&Z members continued a public hearing on Meadowside, a 3-lot

development proposed for 8 acres off Button Shop Road by Timbermill

Associates.

It is expected that second installments of both the continued public hearings

will be conducted by June 18.
