Bennetts Farm Plan Reviewed

Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) members are considering a request for a

two-lot residential resubdivision on 5.3 acres at the Bennetts Farm

development in Sandy Hook.

Engineer Charles Spath of Spath-Bjorklund Associates of Monroe presented plans

for the two-lot resubdivision to P&Z members at a June 5 public hearing.

The applicant is Bennetts Farm Associates. The proposal involves the creation

of a rear building lot.

The land proposed for development has good soil quality, Mr Spath said.

No public comments were made on the application. P&Z action is expected at an

upcoming session.
