Take Responsibility For Your Dog
Take Responsibility
For Your Dog
To the Editor:
Many people do not take responsibility for their dogs. Responsibilities include taking your dog for walks every day, picking up after him, feeding him regularly, and respecting him. Some owners do not know that their dog needs you to look up to. All dogs need good owners to live properly.
If the dogâs owner doesnât take care of him or respect him, he will start thinking that he doesnât need a owner to make him live properly and he will think he can do whatever he wants. When you think of dogs you probably think of chewing on couches, biting, being energetic, etc. This can be bad news. Letting a dog run your family wonât be much fun if your dog eats your couch, bites, and runs through your house knocking over all of your stuff. Once your dog thinks that he is in charge, it will be hard to retrain him again.
If you do not want this to happen, love your dog, take responsibility for him, walk him every day, and clean up after him.
