Trevor Billings & Kristen Rocca

Suzanne and Albert Rocca of Sandy Hook announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristen Marie Rocca of Colchester, Vt., to Trevor Francis Billings, also of Colchester, son of Loreen and Edgar Billings of Baltimore, Vt. Kristen and Trevor met during their freshman year at the University of Vermont.

Kristen is a 2005 graduate of Newtown High School, and a 2009 graduate of UV. She is currently a graduate student in Johnson State College’s Guidance Counseling Graduate Program, and expects to graduate in 2012.

Trevor is a 2005 graduate of Springfield (Vt.) High School, and also graduated from the University of Vermont in 2009. He is employed in commercial sales.

They plan to marry in the summer of 2012.
